PREPARING MEAL FOR THE CREW. Holder of valid National Certificate II issued by country of nationality. - Holder of valid Passport, Seafarer's Identification and Record Book and Seafarer's Registration Certificate issued by country of nationality. - In possession of training certificates pursuant to national or flag state and in accordance with 1978 STCW Convention, as amended requirements. - High school graduate or any other Culinary related courses - Certified in culinary & baking courses - Considerable knowledge in budgeting, cost control and inventory procedures - Familiar in Ship Security Awareness and Seafarer with Designated Security Duties - Have approved seagoing service 3 years as Cook ashore or 2 years as Asst. Cook onboard. - Computer literate - Physically and mentally fit for sea duty.
